Prior to joining Illumination Research as a qualitative research moderator, Laura spent over 8 years working in pharmaceutical marketing. Laura worked with a variety of Fortune 500 clients and numerous products encompassing the entire lifecycle of a product. While in this role she found her real passion was working with market research and consumers. Laura’s specialized knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing combined with her enthusiasm for uncovering key insights that drive business building ideas make her an outstanding qualitative consultant. She has moderated categories as wide ranging as financial services, healthcare, software and consumer products among many others.
Laura earned a certificate of specialized training in moderating from the RIVA Institute.
