Joanne brings extensive consumer research and marketing experience to her
role as a qualitative research moderator. Before joining Illumination
Research, Joanne worked for Procter and Gamble within their Consumer &
Market Knowledge group, where she led the research behind a major new
product launch. Joanne has also worked as a Market Analyst for
Information Resources Inc. (IRI) as well as an Account Manager for an advertising
agency. With her relevant experience, combined with a true passion for
uncovering consumer insights, Joanne makes a perfect fit for moderating.
In addition to her qualitative research training at P&G;, Joanne earned a
certificate of specialized training in moderating from the RIVA Institute.
