Karri is a qualitative research moderator with a unique combination of consumer research and marketing skills. Prior to founding Illumination Research, Karri spent more than 5 years working in Marketing for Procter and Gamble, where she was a Brand Manager in the Paper Products division. Karri leveraged qualitative research to uncover key insights that led to breakthrough, business-building strategies, concepts, and advertising. During her time at P&G;, Karri found her passion for moderating while conducting many of her own qualitative research interviews with consumers.
In addition to her qualitative training at P&G;, Karri earned a certificate of specialized training in moderating from the RIVA Institute.
