Jeff spent more than 6 years working on the client side for Procter & Gamble, where he developed his interest in market research. He loves talking to consumers and translating his discussions into meaningful business recommendations for his clients. His background includes specialized training in moderating at the RIVA institute.
Jeff also serves as the key client contact for all Illumination Research projects. He works closely with our moderator team and facilities to ensure top-quality design, management, and execution of all full-service research studies. He keeps in regular contact with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their studies.
