Before joining Illumination Research as a qualitative research moderator, Heather spent more than 5 years working on the client side for Procter and Gamble. While at P&G;, Heather discovered her interest in market research while observing and participating in many qualitative research sessions. Heather truly enjoys leading group discussions and analyzing the information gathered to provide actionable reports for her clients.
Prior to moderating her own qualitative research interviews, Heather earned a certificate of specialized training in moderating from the RIVA Institute.
